
Tresham Institute approached up about creating a virtual tour of their new campus in Kettering, Northamptonshire. As the building is built on 4 levels, all visible from the open foyer area we chose to create the tour in a central point on each level and link off to photographs of additional areas. Based in the centre of Bletchley on the outskirts of Milton Keynes, MK:Two Business Centres provides various business solutions to a whole host of business sectors from 1 person start-up workshops to serviced offices or warehouse facilities to national head office solutions. An audio commentary was chosen as an added sales tool to make the experience more effective.

Aldingbourne Primary School asked if they could have a simple floorplan as a way of navigating through the school tour. The school had great facilities, especially in their playground as you will see.
The Thomas Deacon Academy in Peterborough is the UK’s most expensive state school and one of the largest in Europe with over 2,200 pupils. Optical FX were commissioned to create a virtual tour that would allow web visitors to take a look through the school. We chose to use 360° panoramas in the main areas and then still photography to allow you to enter several of the rooms.

2 Excel Aviation Ltd is home of The Blades Aerobatic Team and the world’s only globally accredited aerobatic airline. It was great to create this tour and use some new features such as the movie playing on the screen in the Crew room. It was also a challenge getting the tour in the cockpit but the end result is the next best thing to being there.

Homeseeker Park Homes, one of the UK’s largest residential park home manufacturers commissioned Optical FX to create virtual tours in each of the 9 homes in their range. Homeseeker have a great ’show village’ at their Irthlingborough site so we added a plan of the site which let us link into each of the homes and see the village too.

Fleetwood Caravans commisioned us to create a set of virtual tours through their range of 17 caravans. To really put you inside the caravan and get you close to all areas we shot from two areas in most of the vans and added still photographs of the bathrooms. THe front menu was a unique way to display the range and allow browsers to open each caravan’s virtual tour.

A Bell and Company have traded in Northampton since 1898 specialising in designer Kitchens, exclusive bathrooms, beautiful ceramic tiles and the unique Aga Cooker. With the launch of their new website Optical FX were approached to create a virtual tour that included voice-over commentary.
